Tenrion-specific Privacy Information
The sections above are the umbrella Abobos Ltd privacy policy that applies to every Abobos product. The points below are additions that apply specifically to Tenrion — our document signing platform.
Data residency
You choose your data region at signup. Your documents and templates are stored only in the bucket for that region:
- 🇪🇺 EU — Paris, France (default)
- 🇬🇧 UK — London, United Kingdom
- 🇺🇸 US — Virginia, United States
We never replicate customer documents across regions. When you delete a document, it is removed from the storage bucket and from the database; recipient signing tokens are revoked. For account deletion or data export requests, email info@abobos.com with the subject “Tenrion data request” and we will action it per the timelines in the umbrella privacy policy above.
Recipient signing data
When someone signs a document via a Tenrion signing link, we record the following in the audit log attached to that document:
- name and email address (provided by the sender of the document)
- timestamp of viewing and signing
- IP address (used only to derive a country via an offline lookup database — the IP itself is then discarded after country resolution)
- a stylistic name the signer optionally types (“sign as”) if it differs from the invited name
The signed PDF and audit log are owned by the sender’s organisation, not by the recipient. Recipients can request that their personal information be redacted from already-signed documents by emailing info@abobos.com; redaction is honored where legally permissible (GDPR Article 17).
AI document generation
Tenrion offers an optional AI document drafting feature on the Generate Document page. When you use it:
- The text of your prompt and the current editor content are sent to Groq (running the open-weight Qwen 3 model) for the duration of the request.
- Groq operates from the United States. Our integration uses Groq’s API in non-training mode — content sent to Groq is not used to train their models.
- Signed documents, recipient personal information, and billing details are never sent to the AI service. Only what you explicitly type in the chat panel and the document you’re actively drafting.
- AI generation is disabled by default on free-tier accounts and can be turned off platform-wide via configuration.
Subprocessor list
A complete, up-to-date list of every third-party service that processes Tenrion customer data — what they receive, where they operate, and how to verify each — lives at https://tenrion.com/legal/subprocessors. Material changes there are notified to enterprise customers in advance per their DPA.
Data subject access requests (DSAR)
If you are a signer or end-user whose data appears in Tenrion (as distinct from being a paying Tenrion customer), you have rights under UK GDPR / EU GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Email info@abobos.com with the subject “DSAR — Tenrion” and reference enough information to identify your records (name + email address used). We respond within 30 days per the umbrella privacy policy above.
